Hosted by Toby and Sue Jackson The day offers a cone course, Cross Country  Course with five obstacles, a river splash, together with a six mile Ralli around the peaceful lanes of the village and the Afon Teifi valley. Music flags and bunting.

BBQ with plenty of celebratory food. Bring your own drinks, chairs, plates and glasses and any special dietary foods.
