12 turnouts arrived at Pendine early on Saturday morning for a beach drive on the sands. We had a variety of ponies and carriages, 2 and 4 wheelers, a single and also a pair of mini shetlands who did very well. The rest of us had ponies ,Welsh and gypsy cobs.  

The beach is 7 miles long and very flat so we set off in very breezy weather at a good trot., a group of 5 and the rest at intervals behind us.   The sun came out and we had a lovely drive, followed by a picnic on the beach.  

We raised £75.00 for the RLNI  which was great.
